During the Thursday lunch session at the CSMFO conference I recognized all of our experienced members who have volunteered to help our “up and comers” learn the ropes in this crazy world of municipal finance. These individuals are part of CSMFO’s One-to-One Coaching Program. I encouraged all of our “up and comers” to take advantage of this great program and seek out a Coach in our “Coaches Gallery” on the CSMFO website.
