For the past year, I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve as President of this great association of finance professionals. Managing our organization is a team effort and as your President I have relied upon the incredible support of the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs, Chapter Chairs, and our Executive Director and her staff at Smith Moore & Associates, and Meetings & Association Management Services (M&AMS). As a team we have led the organization through a positive and productive year. This Annual Report details the organization’s accomplishments for 2013. I will highlight a few of them.

Our Annual Conference in Oakland was our largest ever in Northern California with 823 registrants. The Host Committee and the Program Committee worked to ensure that the conference met our expectations: education/training, networking and fun. In addition to the regular sessions, the conference included a new member orientation, a Chapter Chair’s breakfast, and taking advantage of our location, a number of pre-conference tours and talks.
