Question: Our City is looking into updating our small lobby at City Hall (which serves Development Services/Finance) with new safety features, such as security glass and panic buttons.

I would like to tap into this wonderful group as a resource and find out from those of you who have these security features of what you like best? Least? Things you would do different? Prior to committing to expenses, I want to make sure all avenues of functionality are addressed which will improve the working environment for our Account Clerks and Development Services staff, rather than hinder.
